Cancellation & Refund Policy

APPOINTMENT, CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

  • New Clients
    • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork.

  •  Bookings 
    • A credit card number with expiry date or a valid gift voucher number is required to secure bookings.

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
    • Cancellations or changes made 48 hours or more in advance will incur no charge.
    • Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost.
    • For prepaid appointments, a late cancellation (within 48 hours) will result in the forfeiture of one session from your program.
    No-shows or failure to provide notice will result in a 100% charge of the treatment cost.

  • Gift Vouchers
    • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
    No extensions will be granted on expired vouchers.
    • Vouchers will be voided in the event of a no-show.

REFUND POLICY

  • All purchases are non-refundable, including prepaid programs, regardless of whether the program is paid in full or partially.

  • Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, changes in personal circumstances, or if you choose to discontinue treatments.

  • Prepaid programs of 6 treatments will expire 12 months from the date of purchase and will be automatically cancelled thereafter.

  • Prepaid programs of 10 treatments will expire 24 months from the date of purchase and will also be automatically cancelled after this period.

  • No refunds or exchanges will be provided for expired or unused treatments.

  • All treatments and services are non-transferable to other individuals or different treatment types.

  • Deposits paid for all Skin, Beauty, and Laser treatments are non-refundable.

PREPAID PROGRAM TERMS

By purchasing a prepaid program, the client acknowledges that the fees are non-refundable, in part or in full, under any circumstances, including:

  • – Changes to the client’s personal situation
    – Missed appointments
    – Discontinuation of treatments

  • Instalment payments must be made according to the Treatment Agreement Form signed at the time of purchase.

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
    – If cancellation occurs within 48 hours or the client fails to attend a scheduled appointment, the clinic reserves the right to forfeit one prepaid session in accordance with our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

  • Prepaid program expiry:
    – Programs of 10 treatments or fewer expire 12 months from the purchase date
    – Programs of more than 10 treatments expire 24 months from the purchase date
    Promotional prepaid programs will expire 12 months from the purchase date, regardless of the number of sessions

  • Deposits paid for services or treatments are non-refundable.

  • TRANSFER POLICY
  • • Once a booking is made—whether online or in-clinic—treatments and services are non-transferable between clinic locations or to other individuals. This applies to both standard and pre-paid treatments.

  • Pre-paid treatments purchased for specific treatment areas cannot be transferred to other treatment area
